Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking a Director of Real Estate Development and Asset Management to evaluate and drive portfolio optimization and organizational growth. Primary responsibilities will include the study of property markets, analysis of portfolio valuations, the development of competitor performance updates, and the identification of new acquisition and development opportunities, as well as contributing to the review and optimization of property operations for OPRC’s existing portfolio.
This person will work in a collaborative team environment to increase OPRC’s mission impact – with a focus on strengthening OPRC’s ability to provide high quality multifamily rental housing that supports affordability and diversity. They will possess strong skills in the areas of financial modeling and analytics, real estate valuation, oral and written communications, visual data representation and presentation skills, and demographic and socio-economic trend analysis.
Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an Executive Assistant - HR Support Person to provide high level administrative and project support to CEO and VP of HR and Administration. This individual will coordinate and/or perform a diverse set of administrative support tasks to ensure the organization has the resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently. The right individual will have strong written communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills and be able to work independently, effectively meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking a college or graduate student to assist us in the development of a comprehensive, but concise corporate operations manual, two (2) senior housing resident handbooks and two (2) building operating procedures manuals. The right individual will have strong written communication and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work closely with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across the organization to gather and effectively organize the required information.
